During the initial phase of rehabilitation, our therapists work together with resource managers, social workers, acute care nursing staff and family members to evaluate a patient’s current condition and determine subsequent levels of rehabilitation care.  By providing patients the level of care they need and closely monitoring their progress, we help them get their lives back on track as quickly as possible.
