Coming January 2012!

Work began the end of February 2011 with modification to our Emergency Room entrance as well as temporary parking to accommodate this massive project.  During construction however, all hospital and ER services have been operating as usual, allowing you - our patients - to receive the same extra fast, extra easy, extra great emergency room care you deserve.

This 50,000 square foot project includes a two story addition over the existing emergency room and features: 
•Full Service Cardiology Department with all private rooms
• Three Open Heart Surgery Suites
• Three Cardiac Cath Labs
• One Electrophysiology Cath Lab
• 19-Bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• 16-Bed Post Interventional Cardiac Cath Unit
• 8-Bed Pre/Post Interventional Cardiac Holding Unit (IVH)

We are really excited about our growning campus!  Not only will we have this new, state-of-the-art facility to care for and repair broken hearts, but we have over 100 trained and skilled associates from our sister campus, Charlotte Regional, joining us to lead the way.  Our family is growing to meet the needs of your family!
